There's no difference in mounting holes and fitting between matx, atx, itx, e-atx. They're all the same. As long as the cooler fits into your case, there will be no issues.
Thanks for your answer. But can you be more specific please. I mean, have you ever experienced or seen this combination works, or is this answer just an assumption?

Every consumer motherboard (99%) will ve able to fit aftermarket coolers, as long as the cooler is listed to support the socket. If a cooler is 1151 compatible, it will fit every 1151 mobo.

I know they are compatible. But my question is "fitting" question. Since my mobo is matx i tought this might be a problem. And yes i did some google research but the answers i received wasn't quite satisfying for me.
