oh there are certainly replacement cables available like that such as http://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-dx5150-Front-USB-Audio-Panel-With-Cable-311091-006-/331261293842?hash=item4d20b63512:g:iDMAAOSwDlBTwzQ5 however the biggest problem is finding one that matches your case as the spacing could be different. if its a pc you built yourself you will want to ask the case manufacturer. if its a prebuilt pc you will want to search for a replacement cable for that brand of pc. if you have any front bays that are not being used you could always use a front bay device instead such as http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-Pin-to-2-Port-USB-3-0-HUB-Mic-Audio-3-5mm-PC-Floppy-Drive-Bay-Front-Panel-New-/371537512798?hash=item56815c895e:g:4eUAAOSwBLlVL1Ac which is for...
