Looking for help choosing graphics card

I'm currently using a 2GB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 on my system, but the other day I bought AC: Syndicate and found it didn't seem to run too well on my graphics card, so I'm looking to upgrade to something that will improve performance without costing me too much. I'm looking in the range $150-200, and at the moment I'm thinking of going for a GTX 750Ti such as this one: http://

Will this card show me the improvements I'm looking for? (and if not I'd appreciate suggestions!). I saw a review of that card which said something about it not truly giving 4gb of DDR5, but I don't know too much about graphics cards so I'm not sure if this matters.

Thanks!

Alright, you should be pretty good with that CPU. VRAM is important, however. You can look up benchmarks for the 950, and it seems to perform pretty great in all games. With that said, maybe saving up for something like this would be your best bet:

Well, I would go for this. Really nice out of the box performance (the best, some may argue), and overall a really nice card that will give you what you are looking for.

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card ($174.99 @ Amazon)

Though it only has 2gb of VRAM, it should get the job done.

Also, what is your PSU and CPU? Make sure that the PSU has at least 400 or so watts and the CPU won't cause bottlenecking.

Hmm, that looks like it could work - how important is VRAM, steam seems to recommend 3gb for AC syndicate but I'm not sure how important that is.

My CPU is an AMD FX-6300 & my 450W Corsair VS.

Thanks for your help!

The 950, assuming you can't afford this 960, should be fine however.
