Computer Freezes Ramdomly -- PSU Problem?

So I am having an issue with my newly built computer. At random, my computer would freeze (it can be at idle, watching movies, playing games...). However, I can move the mouse while everything in the background is frozen. I used Prime 95 and Memtest and everything checked out good. So I believe it can be a PSU problem. But I would like your inputs. Below I attached the results from CPUID HWMonitor and Speccy.

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M Micro ATX
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500
GPU: Asus GTX 960 Strix 2gb GDDR5
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8gb DDR4
PSU: Corsair CX500
HDD: WD 1TB

Solution
For the past few days, I was still getting random freezing. I think I have found the solution. Apparently, there was a firmware update for my SSD. After the update, I have yet to get any random freezing :D

If those 12V rail results are correct, it is definitely a bad PSU. But I have seen bogus voltage results from those programs before. One way to be sure would be to use a voltmeter and probe the blue to black (-12v) and the yellow to black (+12v) wires on the back of the 24 connector while those voltages are being reported.

Thank you! I'll test it out with a voltmeter and report back with the results.

Here's an update after using a voltmeter:
-12v (Blue to Black) = -11.79v
+12v (Yellow to Black) = 12.14v
+5v (Red to Black) = 05.10 ---?
+3.3v (Orange to Black) = 3.336v

If those readings were taken WHILE the software was reading lower voltages, then you can assume the software is wrong. Those are acceptable voltages. Just be sure the software was reading low at the same time you were doing the physical testing. That would eliminate the possibility that the voltages were fluctuating, and you simply tested at the time they were good.

How much do you have installed on the new build? Lots of stuff running in the background when Win starts? Have you run CCleaner to see if any software conflicts are present, any registry errors? https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Maybe do a driver uninstall from safe mode with DDU http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/display_driver_uninstaller.html
Have it remove all it can find of Nvidia and AMD driver remnants. Then boot to the desktop and install the latest driver for your card and OS.
Finally run a malware check with malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
That should pretty well eliminate software as an issue, leaving you with finding the hardware that is the culprit.

Not much stuff is installed: 4 games (SC2, heroes of the storm, Blade and Soul, and League of Legends), Microsoft Office, Kaspersky Anti-virus, CCleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, speedfan, CPUID CPU-Z...
