So I made a thread a few days ago about not being able to start up windows. I basically had to do a complete reset of my computer and reinstall windows 10. I fixed that and god forbid I have a few days without another problem... This time my computer is getting terrible frames in games like GMOD and cs:go which don't take that much to run. I haven't tested it on other games other than source yet because I feel no reason to download them when they probably aren't going to run. I have run every single test under the sun, hard drive failure, memory failure, CPU stress test, and a GPU test. Everything is working. And like always I go to this website for a last resort. What can I do?
