I am running windows 10. My motherboard is G1.sniper rev.1 x58 with a i7-960 processor. The motherboard uses trichannel ddr3 and has 6 slots

I don't want exactly the cheapest ram. I would like the best performance upgrade for allowing my whole system to run better and faster while increasing my ram from 6gb to >20gb. I feel when I play Star wars Battlefield theirs a limitation on memory space that makes watching movies on my second monitor impossible at the same time. I have about ~300 dollars I can spend on ram. I would like to know what an expert thinks about upgrading my ram for fast gaming aka lag time and memory size increase.
