I need this community's advice on a build

I have no job, im 16. I spent a very very long time saving up for my last build, I asked all sorts of community's, only bought parts with good reviews, and I messed up. Bad.
Ive been finding that tomshardware forums is the only community willing to answer my stupid questions and hand me the bad news, which just proves all of your experience.
Here is my current build that will live a short life for numerous reasons.

Case: thermaltake commander (snow edition). This case gives room for one fan. The motherboard is too close to the top.
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43. This board is the hottest part of my whole build. It drives me insane
Cpu FX6300 - giving me false temperature readings, and it has a noisy stock cooler :( which fooled me into buying two $20 case fans.
PSU: corsair CX600M. I thought this would be the only good part of my build, until recently it has been giving me problems, and someone shown me the tier list.
GPU: GTX960 I like it, but its weighing down the pci slot and bending it, I cant find a solution for it.
RAM: PNY 8GB, it works fine, except for the fact that I stupidly paid 80$ for it at best buy.

Are any of these parts salvageable for a new build? Should I just use it and let it die? If so, may someone please direct me to a trustable $500-$600 budget build? Are my parts already damaged from my psu thats been screwing up lately? Google is what got me where I am right now...

If reccommended/possible I have $80 to replace parts. Im thinking maybe replace the case and psu, but I cant find a good combo under $80.

Solution
A 120mm front intake & a 120mm exhaust (your case should have one pefitted) are enough for what you're running.

Asrock make a couple of decent 970 motherboards - they are not in your budget though.
The asrock pro/extreme 3 are no better than the board you have now.

Do you have another thread regarding the problems you're having - it deserves more investigation.
I think its more mb related than PSU though honestly.

Do a Google search on ' MSI 970 g43 freezing' & see for yourself.

What problems have you been having ??
The worst part of that build is your g43 board by miles - are you sure problems aren't related to this ??

While the CX is rated tier 4 on here I personally think they belong in tier 3 , they suffer longetivity problems when pushed hard continuously for long time spans - you're running a 300w build there so IMO that doesn't apply .

My previous thread explains it, but lately my pc would freeze when the cpu spikes. And when turning off my pc, my wired mouse is still lit up (and only stops being lit after I flip the switch on the psu). Im paranoid that its going to kill my parts if its sending power all the way to usb...

Your mouse being lit up is normal - most mb/psu's maintain a standby 5v on the USB - you can disable this with a board jumper if you wish.

Post a link to your other thread mate, what you assume to be PSU related could honestly be down to the board - on a quality front the g43 is hands down one of the worst around

I had no idea what the jumper even does so I didnt put it on to be safe. That is actually very good to hear. Im thinking of getting an asrock am3+ motherboard because supposedly they are very reliable. However ive been told that windows will deactivate upon switching the motherboard, which I lost my windows 7 disc so I dont think I should.
My case only fits one fan right now and has no cable management avaible, should that be top priority or the motherboard?

Heres the link to the earlier thread I made http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2981690/psu-faulty.html
