Which graphics card should I get between these two?

In stock there is the
Gigabyte GTX970 G1 Gaming (SOC) 4GB
And the MSI GTX970 Gaming 4GB OC.

My current build :

Asus GTX 960 Strix 2GB OC
Intel i5 3470
12 GB RAM

which one should I get?
And which one could run a VRAM hungry game just as Black ops 3?

Both are the same chip just clocked slightly differently with different cooling solutions (which are not so different after all). Get the one that is cheaper (unless they are like the exact same price then go for th egigabyte due to the slightly better cooling). Also both can run games like Bo3 and vram is marketing you don't need to worry about it.

What PSU do you have?

If your PSU is good enough, I would recommend getting the R9 390. It's a very similar price to the GTX 970, and performs better than the GTX 970 in most games by 1-5 frames (only a small amount but for the same price, you might aswell), check benchmark tests on YouTube.

The 390 also has 8gb VRAM so this may be why it performs slightly better.
