Should I go for Cooler Corsair H100i or GPU GTX 950 ?

I have $160 = 12000 Indian Rupees.
Which one Should I buy first CPU Liquid Cooler or a Graphics Card ?
My PC Config :
i5 6600 with stock cooler
Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5
Gskill 8GB 2400mhz
Corsair 550W PSU

Edit: I dont have a Graohics Card

since you don't have a gpu (although that cpu has integrated graphics) and that cpu is non-overclockable,
get a gpu
