What sort of performance is expected

Well there is no general value I can give you for how it will perform in all games I can give you an estimate on the games you listed.
GTA V: High to very high 1080p 60fps turn down extended distance scaling and dont use 4x msaa its a resource hog in that game use 2x or fxaa.
minecraft: No idea depends on the mods you use but I would imagine it will take quite a few and probably still run pretty good its not exactly a demanding game.
CSGO: Maxed 1080p 100fps+
AC Syndicate: Not to sure black flag didn't run well with my fx 6350 syndicate will likely be worse I would guess medium to high settings 1080p 40-60fps. Unity probably similar if they have fixed all the performance issues that plagued that game at launch.
Crysis 3: I would experiment with this game it has quite a few settings to tweak I would guess high settings or better, but again MSAA is a resource hog in that game so dont max that out.
