Will this PC support 1080p in a few games that i play?

I have a Core 2 Duo e8400 3.0Ghz
4GB DDR2 RAM, and a MSI GTS 450 CYCLONE 1GB STOCK OC EDITION.
Currently im on a 1366x768 monitor,and I am looking to upgrade to a full HD 1920X1080 monitor.
I am concerned will this PC support 1080p in games like League of Legends,CSGO,Payday 2?

For those games I think you are OK. Old GPU and CPU but probably OK. Payday 2 not sure - could be a bit more intensive at 1080

Thanks,i play Payday 2 at 50-60 fps high settings aa 8x,probably lowering the settings would make a playable framerate at 1080p...

Well, you now have twice the number of frames to render (768p vs 1080p) so I would say worst case 25fps with those settings at 1080p. you will need to take AA down to 2x probably.
