I built my own pc and used part picker to check compatibility. I connected everything together then connected it to my monitor. The pc light power switch is on and the fans turn on and everything seemed to be working. There is no beep and no picture on the monitor so all I can do is switch the pc on and off. I know the power supply works fine because it came with a tester and worked before I installed it. I have no idea what to do I tried taking the battery out of the motherboard and putting it back in but still not working.

The cpu fan is working well the reason the pc turned on and off on its own was because I turned it on after taking the ram out and forgot to put it back so that is not an issue just my mistake. I tried putting the 2 ram sticks in slot 1 and 3 then 2 and 4 but still it's the same.
