Lookin to get a cpu cooler/fan for a new build. Price wise i'm in the budget area as i don't feel i need anything excessive as i may do only very minimal OC'ing.
Trying to decide between these 2 options:
(Both seem to of got good reviews, if anyones had experience wit both, let me know)

main concern really is the noise level, as both appear to provide around the same level of performance temp wise.
Thoughts on which to go with? or personal experience with either?
