In theory as long as the MB has pcie2.0X16, the GPU will fit. But your MB may need the BIOS update, because the MB may need the newer BIOS to recognize the newer hardware.

Wait I have a $130 dollar budget for upgrades should I buy more ram and instead a geforce gt 730 not the gtx, or should I just blow it on the gtx 750. I kinda need the ram because games are taking up 70% of memory like csgo, so what do you think its best? Btw how do I update the BIOS and how do I recognize a PCIE2.0X16 slot on my motherboard. This is the current graphics card my motherboard is using as dedicated "Acer G215H (1920x1080@60Hz)
512MB ATI Radeon HD 4550 (ATI)."
