Should I use the integrated graphics that come with the Amd A10 7850k or a geforce gt 740

I plan to buy an Amd a10 that comes with the r7 240 and I have a gt 740 , so which do i use for better video editing and light gaming

You might as well not bother with either card, they perform roughly the same as the integrated graphics on the 7850k. The R7 240 can be run in dual graphics mode with the integrated and that might help in some applications, but it tends not to be particularly reliable in improving performance and a lot of games do have negative scaling problems with that sort of setup.

If you want to go with an R7 260x, then look at the Athlon X4 860k, which is basically the same CPU as the A10 7850k except with the integrated graphics removed. That will save you some money, and the R7 260x can't be run in dual graphics with the onboard anyway.
