PC SPECS:
AMD FX-8350
Nvidia geforce gtx770
corsair H60 watercooler
i have 4 fans more: intake front and under my pc and exhaust back and top of my pc.
if there's more questions about more of my specs just ask :)

Should i buy myself a better water cooler or what to do getting crazy here !?

Solution
are you Overclocking at all, even if you aren't the a single 120MM Rad isn't enough to keep those hot monsters cool. My dad has the H60 and his idle temps are pretty high on his stock 8320. I have my 8320 @ 4.5Ghz on my H100i and even when maxed out I don't get above 55-60 most of the time and idle is 30 or less.

Try redoing the themalpaste if you can but in all honestly the H60 is a bit weak for 8 core AMD's

Your idle temps are pretty normal even on a 120mm watercooler. But it shouldn't really be going higher than 50-60. Which thermalpaste did you use? You may have to consider purchasing a higher quality paste, clean and reapply to the CPU. Making sure you get an equal spread.

No i'm not overclocking, yeah that was what i thought too that it maybe too weak for my 8-core cpu. I asked my retailers that sold me the watercooler if i only needed to buy the h60 yes they said and it won't be a problem but i guess not. Since im going to play the new games that comes out now like Division which demands much of your PC. Don't even know if i dare to run Division, when it even get's that high when playing rainbowsix. But will the h100i do the trick or do i have to buy something else ?

yes iknow how to put the paste on etc, etc. =)

According to AMD, 61c is the temperature at which your CPU will reliably operate, meaning that is where they have tested it and it will operate as stated. From the AMD Overdrive screen it looks like that CPUs TJMAX is 70, although I have seen 90c listed, and the TJMAX is where a CPU will go before it starts to throttle.

Lets look at an example:

http://ark.intel.com/products/52210/intel-core-i5-2500k...

The Intel Core i5 2500K has a TCase max of 72.5c, which is the maximum temperature allowed at the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader). However the CPU core has a different which is the TJMAX which is 98c. In this case you want to focus on the TJMAX as at 98c that's when this CPU will start to throttle and/or shut down to prevent damage to the CPU.

If the CPU is showing 50c, you are fine. the socket temp is different, the max for AM3+ is 68c from what I can find, although I have also seen 72c, but I wouldn't take Prime95 or massive stress tests into account as they will push your CPU to a 100% maximum load with is unrealistic in the majority of real world scenarios.

Instead use this and monitor the temps:

It's quite strange, I get better temps on my 8350 with a Coolermaster 212 evo, well the idle temps are slightly worse but the max temps are about 55. I had a cheap watercooler (ID Cooling 120mm) and it has given me nothing but grief, I had times where the temps went up to 50 degrees on idle. I kept cleaning and reapplying paste til it worked properly and even then, the temps still weren't as consistant as the 212 evo, so I've just went back to the 212 now and I will be adding another fan to it soon.

If you ask me it isn't honestly worth it to get like a $100 cooler like a h100i for a $150 CPU. I was gonna go down that route, but I am just sticking with my 212 evo that I've had since I bought the processor and saving up for a intel.

Yes it is now im sitting here with 80 degrees and rising until my pc shuts down. I think i'll just buy a new cooler... maybe Noctua NH-D14 will do the trick ?!
