Hello everyone,

Yesterday my computer turned off while working and did not turn on again, not even POST.
I'll appreciate your help in finding out the cause.

First of all, these are the computer's components:
i7 3770k
asus p8z77 v pro
gskill ripjaws 2x8gb 1600mhz
seasonic g-550 gold
sandisk extreme pro 480 gb
wd green 2 tb sata3

This is what I tried so far:
replacing PSU with my other computer
resetting CMOS
changing MoBo battery
shorting the power switch on the MoBo
alternating RAM sticks and slots
alternating drives and slots
cleaning MoBo

Seems to me it's the MoBo but I've yet to come across a situation when my PC is completely non-responsive.

Thank you all for your help,
Ran.

"Yesterday my computer turned off while working and did not turn on again, not even POST"

LOL - - of course the PC won't POST if it won't even turn on, that much can be taken for granted.

Check the fuse in the PSU power cable wall plug - - it may have blown.
