I have a pc which has the FX8320 CPU and a laptop with a Intel Core i3-3120M.
I have just converted the same video file using these two different CPU's and to my surprise the time taken was more or less the same.
I was thinking as the FX8320 has more cores that it would take way less time to convert the file than it would take the Intel CPU.
Am I missing something?
