Recommended PSU Wattage + GPU/CPU Future Proof + Overclocking

Hi, I'm building a PC for a friend, I'm wanting to ask for advice which PSU is best with these specs:

i5-660K - (PSU future proof when wanting to upgrade to i7-6600K)
Maxmimus VIII Hero
Zotac GTX 970 SLI - (PSU future proof when planning to upgrade to 980Ti/SLI)
NZXT Kraken X61 Liquid CPU Cooler
Samsung 850 EVO 250GBx2
G Skill Trident Z 16GB 2x8GB 3200MHz
3x120mm fans
BluRay/DVD drive

Here is our PSU choices

700W
1. Seasonic P760
2.Seasonic X750

800W
1. Seasonic P860
2. Seasonic X850

Well if you want to be able to have 980ti in sli you need an 850W psu, high quality one. The X850 should do the job, but if you can afford it, definitely go for the p860.

Thanks! Any particular reason to go for P-860 rather then theX-850? Power efficiency?

Power efficiency plus higher quality thus can handle the gtx 980ti sli. But even the x850 will do the job, I just said, if you have the money then it's the better option.
