So after 8 grueling hours yesterday, i managed to finally set my new pc up, its gorgeous. Only thing stopping my from actually using it is that my CD driver isnt working! Im putting my MSI Drivers and utilities for my new Radeon r9 380, into my drive and it loads up fine, even pops up saying "Do you want this to make changes to your computer" I click yes and then nothing. Nothing at all will happen. I try loading it again and its telling me its already running! Should i just download the drivers on the interwebs or does the CD have some special bullshit? Cheers.

I don't think it's so much a problem with the drive as the installer. For some reason it is hanging and not proceeding.

As for installing drivers from the CD, it is almost always advisable to download the latest from the manufacturer. You have no idea how old the drivers are on that disk. Also, and this is my recommendation only so take it for what it is, don't install any of the "applications" that come with your motherboard. Most of these are at best annoying, and some can cause problems. In most cases anything the manufacturer supplies is done better by third party software.
