I tried to install microsoft C++ visual redistribute and it has errors and will not properly install. so I reinstalled windows to try to fix the problem, I still am having the same problem! help me please

nope that did not help at all. the install fails on the C++ redistrutable.

I updated everything, is that what you mean? I updated everything then uninstalled and tried to reinstlal, still no go
