i know it is not the best but i have a 4gb 1600 mhz cl 11 memory and i want to add another one with the same timings-speed-volts-brand is it going to be okay? i use my pc only for gaming

You should be fine if you order the same exact model of RAM that you currently have. But as mjslakeridge said the only way to truly know if it will work is trying it.
