i hope u can help me
if u think there is cheaper and better parts tell me and if there is way better and a little bit more expensive that's okay.

Solution
Take some time and do some testing of CSGO.
You need to satisfy yourself if the cpu or the gpu is the primary limitation to performance.
That will tell you which component will give you the most gains from an upgrade.

a) Play CSGO, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

b) Limit your cpu, in windows power management, limit the maximum cpu% to something like 80%.
Go to control panel/power options/change plan settings/change advanced power settings/processor power management/maximum processor state/
This will simulate what a lack of cpu power will do...

Conversely what a 20% improvement in core speed might do.

It is possible that both tests are positive, indicating that you have a well balanced system, and both cpu and gpu need to be upgraded to get better gaming FPS.

If you think you need better graphics, your 300w psu is strong enough to support a GTX750ti which would be a nice upgrade.

If you think you need a stronger cpu, a FX-6300 will improve individual core speeds by about 10% over your E7600.
Since most games can only use 2-3 cores, the 6 cores of the FX-6300 will not help much.
Moreover, the FX-6300 needs a better than average motherboard, not the cheap one you listed.

Today, I think a new build should be skylake.
The cheapest skylake cpu is the G4400 which would be close to 2x the capability of your E7600.
We all have a budget, and that will cost less than a FX-6300.
If you can, though, look at a i3-6100, arguably one of the best budget and midrange gaming processors available today.

thank u man i wanted to make u the best answer but i made a mistake.
and i do play cs go at lower settings 4;3 but still i get between 60-130 and sometime's it goes down ;s
and i cant find "maximum processor state" under "processor power management"

Windows 10 strikes again.
It seems that windows 10 knows better what settings are good for you.

The options may be hidden elsewhere, but I am on windows 7 so I would not know how to find it.
