Can't set my memory to 2400 with XMP

First, Here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/vxKZxr

The problem I'm having is that I can only run my RAM at 1333. They're rated for 2400. I tried the XMP profile, tried manually setting the timings, tried overclocking my CPU to 4.4Ghz then repeating the previous steps.

I also tried less than 2400, but then the screen is just black and doesn't even boot. I have to press the MemOK on the motherboard to reset the RAM settings so I can get back into the BIOS.

The only thing that worked for a little was overclocking CPU, setting timings manually, setting voltage manually (1.65v), and then setting memory to 2400. I was able to boot to windows but it bluescreened within 4 minutes.

Help would be appreciated, thanks!

Solution
Make sure you have the latest BIOS, and will need an OC on the CPU to run at 2400, I'd try about 4 GHz maybe 4.2, the try enabling XMP (also may need to up VCCSA to 1.15-1.2
