Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference
Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.

I dont want to overclock thats why im buying non k 4690
Then the stock cooler is good enough. The H7 will provide a much lower sound level, but as long as you don't sit in a sauna, your temps will be fine with the stock one.
Thanks for the answers but i think that i will buy this heatsink becouse i have i3 now and stock cooler and after a year its really noisy now but im cleaning pc every 2 weeks
