Downgrading from 2133 Mhz to 1600 Mhz noticeable?

So i currently have this setup:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-S1
APU: A8 7600
GPU: Radeon R9 270 reference
Memory: 16GB RAM (2x 8GB HyperX Savage at 2133 Mhz)
Storage: Intel ssd dc s3700 400GB
600W PSU

But i am finding the cpu power of the a8 7600 lacking for things like video editing, i want to upgrade. So from reading a bit, i decided i want a FX8320, I know i have to change my motherboard for this. Also I am in a budget here, so if i can find a used motherboard i will go that route.

I found a N68-VGS3 FX wich only supports memory speed up to 1600Mhz, so my HyperX Savage sticks will get downclocked, is it worth the trade off?? More cpu power for less RAM speed?? I first got the HyperX Savage sticks becouse i read that APUs benefit from faster RAM, and i did notice a boost in performance when i swtitched from my previous 1600mhz RAM that i had. But i am thinking that since i am now getting a normal CPU maybe RAM speed doesn't matter as much anymore. will i notice performance loss?? If so, in what kind of tasks will notice it??

Solution
You will notice only better things, ram speed is a minor factor in cpu power, you will find that the new cpu will be a lot better for EVERYTHING, with all those extra cores and speed, you should have a good time with it in comparison, ram speed aside!
