hey guys today I decided to clean my CPU I added new thermal paste to it I did the proper steps used rubbing alcohol and a coffee filter anyways I get new thermal paste on I put my cooler back on the processor then I boot up my computer I hear a winding noise from my pump and my computer will not boot up so I take a look and make sure everything is connected and it is now I'm lost and what to do next any advice would be appreciated

Yeah the CPU is flat I made sure the cooler is not over tighten the fans on the computer turn on but nothing else I'm lost then I checked and made sure the processor wasn't damaged to
