High download yet extremly low upload internet speeds?

it shows a speedtest where i am getting 130 Mb/s yet only 3Mb/s upload
Why is this?
Also I have Charter Spectrum Internet, phone, and cable.

Most consumer internet connections are not symmetrical; they normally have higher download speeds than upload. Check your service contract.

If that's the upload speed stipulated in your service contract, then changing your internet package is the only way.

As already suggested, talk to your ISP what plan you have. If your contract says "3mbps upload", and you are getting 3mbps upload, there is nothing you can do but change your contract.
