So I have read many forums about this problem but I can't fix it. So I've installed extra 2x4gb ram, I already had 2x4 so that's 4x4 (same rams) totally, but when I install new rams my pc doesn't boot up, but without new rams it does. All slots are working, I tested them all and new rams are working cuz they r new. I did rseted my bios. Help me someone.
P.s this is my 2nd post with same topic because I accidently tagged old one as SOLVED.

POST(Power On Self Test) is a startup check the motherboard initiates when you power it on(All Motherboards do this), before you see the bios. If it doesn't make a sound, that is bad. It should be one short beep for success(on most Motherboards, it depends on the BIOS type).

POST can tell you what is wrong depending on if it beeps, how many times it beeps, and how long the beeps are. You can look it up online what each sequence means depending on the BIOS.

List the two old ram sticks you have in the system that work.
Detail the brand of the ram modules, the latency, timing values, and the voltage of the existing ram modules that work with your motherboard set in your bios as it currently stands.

Along with if in the bios Xmp mode is set for them and what current speed is selected in the bios for them.

List the new ram modules , the latency, timing values values and the voltage they should run at with xmp mode.

All the information can be found on the sticker attached to each set of ram modules as a 2 pair kit.
Also take note on the type of memory used in respect to Ecc enabled, or none Ecc type memory, buffered.

NB: You cannot mix Ecc enabled memory with, none Ecc memory as it will conflict if the case stopping the motherboard from posting while the two types of memory are fitted to the motherboard.

Post all of the details, and then we have something to work on as to the cause of the board not booting or posting with the additional two new ram sticks added to your system.

Go and check each ram module from the two kits and post the details of each ItsMe1996 .
