Solution
Radeon is an Ati based Gpu graphics card.

If you look on the back side of the card there should be a sticker on it detailing the model number range of the card.
Or the information can be found on the circuit board of the graphics card, by silk screen labeling direct to the PCB of the card.

You can still get old radeon drivers from www.Amd.com under the legacy drivers selection option when searching for older video card drivers.

If the card is quiet old you will likely only find drivers for it that work with windows XP, Vista, or windows 7.
If you are using windows 8, or windows 10 you are going to have to install the video driver under compatibility mode options settings provided by windows 8.1 or windows 10 first of all.
