Gigabyte Motherboard Bootloop Issue - CPU/Case Fan Spin, no LED on motherboard, no POST

Hey guys, first time builder here. I built a desktop computer last week, and yesterday I tried to reset the CMOS (there were some issues of weird double boots, as well as restarting when I asked the computer to shut down). Up until that point, everything was running pretty good on my system.

However, once I popped the battery back in, the motherboard is now in an endless bootloop; no output to the monitor, no POST, no LED on the motherboard yet the PSU fan, system fan, CPU fan and GPU fan all spin at a normal speed. This boot lasts for about 10-15 seconds, then the system shuts down, reboots, and the process is repeated.

Things I have done:
-checked the guide on this website
-tried both RAM slots (only have 1 8gb stick)
-breadboarded motherboard - ONLY had CPU, CPU fan, RAM and PSU hooked up, still bootlooped with no LED activity on the mobo
-unhooked all external devices/drives
-paper clip test the PSU; seemed to work fine, fan spun up
-tried onboard graphics
-tried resetting CMOS

None of these troubleshoots worked. It seems strange that when I power up the system, every fan starts spinning normally, yet there is no activity with the motherboard LED. I have a new motherboard on the way (Amazon's return policy is great), but don't know what else to try before I simply replace the motherboard.

System specs:

CPU Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD
Video Card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 950 2GB OC Edition Video Card
Case Thermaltake Versa H22 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power, 3 Year Warranty Power Supply

Solution
Did you hear some bios beeps?
Maybe it's a ram issues, try with another stick.
Try reflashing the bios if you know how to do it.
Jumper reset the bios if your mobo has a jumper.
Corrupted bios, dead chipset?
Or DEAD LED LAMPS?

The best thing to do is check the most suspected hardware like ram, bios chip, badly placed cpu, etc...

If you're desperate just return it.

I don't have a motherboard speaker currently; I know how important it is for situations like this. I also don't have any extra RAM. Also how can you flash the bios if it doesn't even post?

Also how can you flash the bios if it doesn't even post?

This can be done with copying bios core files into floppy/pendrive and boot from it by pressing some key on the keyboard, this method usually called as "bios recovery". For detailed instruction just google for it.

And gigabyte mobos usually has a " UEFI DUAL BIOS" you can make the backup bios as primary or copy the bios from backup to primary if you know how to do it...

Did you already tried that jumper-thingy i gave to you?

I'm not sure what the jumper is, or if my mobo has it. All I have on mine is a reset_cmos pin area, tried shorting that with a screwdriver and it didn't work.

I will try swapping motherboards to see if that's the issue.
