Yes they are fine, the RJ 4s were aimed at quad channel so if fine at higher data rates and with 8 sticks of 8GB, 32 is no problem 
I've had the F4-2666C15Q-32GRR 4x8GB RipJaws 4 2666 in my Hero and OCed them to 3000 with no problems
