Best GPU for Around $140 (American)

I am looking for a good GPU to run games like Star Wars battlefront at High Settings and get around 40fps minimum and 50fps avg. If you goes a little high that is fine but anything over $160 is too much, because I have to buy a new power supply with it. If you have any recommendations for that feel free to give them as well.

Maybe you can post your other system specs, just to make sure that you will not bottleneck, Battlefront its a hard nut to crack if you want to run it at High settings with a cheap GPU
I would go with a 750ti but again, i dont know your other specs and probably even with a good I5, you will not be running this game on high with a medium range setting.
