I am looking for a way to watch my movies on my 4TB Hard Drive on my TV.

I have tried streaming the files from my PC to the TV using Plex which would be amazing, but I can't stand buffering every 4 seconds. My files are way to large for this.

I can't plug my HDD directly into the TV, because not all of my video files and audio files are compatible with my TV when I do this. And I can only use 2TB after converting to MBR which is the format that works with my tv.

So far the only other option is to buy this thing which I believe will play all my files but Im not even sure lol.

I just want to plug my HDD right into this and hope it will play all my massive movie files directly with no issues :)

Is your PC connected directly to your TV?

If the answer is yes, then all you need to do is play them in VLC on your PC and this will display on your TV.

Other than that you will probably need to convert to a playable format or buy a media box that will play them and connect that to your TV.
