How to undo OC'ing?

I have a custom built pc (I bought the parts, had someone put it together). Recently I had some questions answered on this site and I arrived at a very solid conclusion - I don't care for OC'ing.

So my question is, how do I revert, my cpu/ram or anything else to its simple stock levels?

My cpu is an i7 4790k. and Mobo is ASUS VI extreme. My OC'ing was not done by me so if there is an ELI5 version to this, I would highly appreciate that. If not, well explain it anyways and I'll do my research.

Solution
Enter BIOS and reset to defaults, or clear BIOS by using the provided jumper, or in many new models, button.

(Though I have one annoying motherboard with the button right next to the front panel header, there have been many incidents)
