I went to Best Buy to pick up a Corsair CX750m power supply. On the website it's the one with the green lettering. This one is in a blck and yellow box and has grey lettering. It's the same model number. I thought it was just the previous generation but on the box it says 2010-2015. I also want to know if this is a decent PSU I'm replacing a SILENCER 750 watt one. The silencer still works fine it's been going strong for over 7 years. Should I return the corsair and use my silencer or keep it.

ITS AN AWFULL PSU FOR HIGH END GAMING.
be happy it was out of stock.
look at this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
its a poor tier 4 psu. people are running high end systems on that and are wondering why it crashes constantly.
Always look up reviews from pros like jonnyguru.

don't go cheap on your psu it can damage your components slightly over time just get something like the evga supernova g2 750w
