I have a fx 6300, 8Gb ram, and a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked...I have 7mb upload.... Would I be able to stream a console game like Halo 5 and would I be able to Stream to twitch at 720p 60fps and or 1080p 30 fps?

Solution
It could probably handle 1080p 60fps as long as you aren't doing anything besides streaming on it.

Your upload speed is what's gonna be the biggest factor in determining the quality you can do. http://testmy.net/upload

report back with what that gives you. Bitrate is basically kbps, twitch doesn't really want you going higher than 3300 for 1080p (most likely at 30fps)

I have a Elgato capture card and yes the xbox one does have streaming built in but you cant use overlays an other things like that to be a successful streamer. My question was would my pc with those specs be able to handle streaming at 720p 60fps and or 1080p 30 fps?
