CPU 100% Load.

Screenshot of the cpu 100% load. I did overclock it, now I just reset it to the optimized defaults and can barely open chrome or anything.
Is it long gone or anyhow I can recover it? :??:

BTW:
Tried to set frequency manually in bios. (Didnt work)
Any more suggestions?

I would start by taking a good hard look at Windows first. Any unwanted processes running ? Possible malware ? Power options ?

Already did scan my pc with bitdefender. Probably going to install malwarebytes and any other software you might recommend

ALso did reinstall windows, still has 100% load on the frequency...
I think I just ruined my cpu...
