I chose my parts on pcpartpicker but I wasn't sure if the parts are completely compatible with each other. here's the link

Any suggestions on anything would be appreciated!

I tried to make it as affordable as possible (hence the price under $700). The pc is going to be used for programming, light gaming, media playing (connected to tv monitor). I wasn't sure if I needed a great GPU for programming, but I'm assuming it's needed (fresh CS student).

Solution
Choice is good however if it's light gaming, I would go for an i5-6500 at first and use the dedicated GPU (hd530 is enough to run every light game) along with some ddr4 ram and upgrade it when I have the money/needs for a better gpu. Also when it comes to PSU, get the g2 not the gs (it's better and similar price).
