SSD performance concern

Hello. I'm rather new to SSDs and I have a question. I have a 128 GB SSD boot drive which I intend to leave empty for the OS. I accidentally installed a large program of 20GB to the drive but I moved it to the D straight away. Will this impact the boot time of the OS at all? And will it impact any performance at all?

Thanks

Solution

1. How did you 'move' this application?
2.Once you install the OS, whatever was on there will be wiped out. It will not affect performance in any way.

Thanks for the reply, it was a VST library I installed to the C. I simply did the good old cut and paste onto the D drive so it's been wiped form the D. I was concerned if this wolud impact the performance of the OS so I'm happy this won't do anything to it
