hi guys!i have a tight budget, soo i don't want to go over budget,i want a mobo that can run an fx 6300 overclocked(nothing too hardcore, just an overclock big enough to get the same peformance as an fx 6350)I also want it to be good enough for the 8320/fx 8350 stock if posible,if not,an fx 6300 will do i guess.... And no,i'm not going to go intel.I will be multi tasking, editing, and gaming.I don't think an i3 will be as good as the fx for anything other than gaming

Solution
I always recommend against mATX boards for the FX series.
They never have proper VRM cooling nor power delivery. They can run just fine on there, I never recommend it however.

That sounds like good enough for a small bump in clock speed, but don't expect much more out of that.

It should be fine to run your 6300 at 6350 speeds or even more if you're adventurous, as long as you keep your motherboard and CPU cool.

i've heard the powerphase on it is bad for overclocking. Will i be fine as long as i don't change the voltages? This will be my first pc,soo idk much about overclocking.

Well you don't need to bump up the voltage if you're going to multiplier overclock to the same level as the FX 6350 I don't think, but you don't have many options on the Micro ATX space.

That board officially supports the 8350, so a slightly overclocked FX 6300 shouldn't be an issue I don't think.
