Out of these settings in this picture, which one's do I change for RAM timing?

My RAM is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148655&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_- Timing being 8-8-8-24

I was able to figure out the voltage and frequency(it's at 1600 now)....but the timing seems way more complex looking at the settings(http://i.imgur.com/gfrc3C9.jpg).

Which settings in the Biostar Z87 BIOS do I change to get that timing?

Edit- Here's an image upload of my BIOS and the RAM timing screen...which ones do I change and what do I change them to? http://i.imgur.com/gfrc3C9.jpg

Solution
If XMP doesn't work (and it might not ;) ) you can try setting them manually, might first make sure you have the latest BIOS, BioStar isn't all that good about keeping BIOS's updated to newer lines of DRAM

See where it says CAS# Latency through RAS# Active Time? Those 4 numbers 9-9-9-24 are your ram timing. Change those to 8-8-8-24 and you're good. Also, make sure your voltage is correct. Or as k1114 said, Enable XMP and you're automatically setup.

How does XMP know which settings to do? Also I manually did my voltage because those sticks are low voltage 1.35v.

The whole point that xmp was created was to set everything with ease. It even sets voltage. Everything. It has all the info saved and can auto set everything correctly when you select the profile. Ram also has other jedec speed profiles for compatibility which have been there since before xmp but the motherboard does that and you can't select them. You can still see the profiles in cpuz.
