need quality Voltage Stabilizer recommendation

hallo.

I need quality Voltage Stabilizer recommendation. I have not idea what brands to look at and I do not have experience in electrics, all I know is that I need 220~230 volts

my demands are:
1. quality internals and overall build
2. reasonable priced
3. 220~230 volt output
4. mid power (not weak and not super strong 5000Watt) I need to plug two PC (500watt PSU each)

any additional feature is welcome.
please recommend where to buy and which one to buy, thank you...

in my country we are using european plugs, but if unit is good and it has US plugs, adapter is not problem...I do not want APC or UPS, I just want Stabilizer...and can u share some of those??? concrete units, links???

APC is a company, not a product.

You can get a voltage stabilizer without a UPS.

Not really enough information to provide you links. Country is quite important.

I can assume 50Hz ~220VAC but I still wouldn't know what retailer to select.

well, I live in Georgia, its a third world country so here is not any kind company to buy directly in shop...I would buy it on amazon or ebay, any online store....through USA I can carry items to my country

only This I found on APC webpage

Third world is kind of mis used. It used to just mean not NATO (1st World), Communist (2nd World) and everyone else was 3rd world. Just sort of slipped into the public consciousness as meaning a less developed nation.

1200W is about what you would want, but that is a lower voltage. APC does have a Georgian version of the website, not really sure if that changes the available products. But here is the European equivalent:
