PC reboot with new ram- Transcend DDR3 -1333 4gb

Installed new ram on pc. Same as other ram modules 4gb ddr3 1333(9clk). Only difference is density of 8x512m. Mobo = MSI H55M-ED

Any help pls

I'd suggest you running memtest86 to see if the new memory module is faulty.

You can also try and switch them around, sometimes miracles can happen.

Run the computer with only the new module in and check if it reboots.

This should narrow down the source of the random rebooting, if the computer works fine with the module you had and when you add in the other or run the other separately it starts rebooting, you might've gotten a bad module, I'd suggest you take it back and get another one from the store you got it from.

Either way, if you can run memtest86 it should tell you if the...
