Just built a new PC, subtle internet issues since day 1. Getting random and intermittent "resolving host" "waiting" etc. lags whilst browsing. Often times things load fine, but sometimes it gets particularly annoying.

ADDITIONALLY--and what set me over the edge--is upload speed. I'm getting a fraction of what my other computers are getting. Speedtest returns what I would expect, but upon actually trying to upload something, it's suuuper slow.

This occurs on WiFi, so I plugged directly into the modem and the issue goes away, which tells me it's a router/wireless adapter issue. I've read a ton of posts and tried a bunch of stuff to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Specs:

PSU OCZ600MXSP
Win7 Pro 64-bit

ISP: Time Warner Cable, Extreme
