4GB RAM 3.2 Usable??

The last time i checked my RAM I had 3.8 and now its gone down to only 3.2 usable? There really hasnt been a solution that has worked for me. I have an A6-6400k processor and i think the integrated graphics is the problem. If that is the case how can i decrease the amount of memory allocated to my integrated graphics?

If your system is an OEM built one (ie: HP, Lenovo, Acer), you probably don't have much of a choice, but you can usually change these settings within the BIOS screen.

If you own a custom built computer, you have these settings in the BIOS, just boot into the BIOS using DEL on your keyboard and look around for any keywords such as "iGPU Memory"

My concern is when i buy new RAM would it just add it on top of it or would it decrease even more

It's fine, it won't take more than just 512 to 1GB at max, so if you get 8GB of RAM it'll be fine. You'll still have plenty of RAM.
