OKay, so its time for a upgrade for my PC! I have bit of a issue on which card to choose, Gtx 960 4gb or Gtx 970! I already had intentions of changing my PSU (Mentioned in components), but since i have a bigger budget i thought why not upgrade my Graphics card too! Could you guys help me choose which card would be better with my build? I also play the new gen games and create video-games with my PC, with Unity 5, if this might help!

CPU: intel i5 4690K Devils Canyon
RAM: 8gb HyperX fury DDR3 Ram SDRAM 1866
MB: MSI Gaming GD-65
Graphics card: Evga GTX 750-Ti
PSU: XION EN-600F12 ( Soon to be EVGA 100-B1-0500-KR )
I also use the BenQ XL2420z monitor ( if this helps too)
