Hey guys, Im new in this forums, I am not a computer savy either so I really need your technical expertise on this.

I'm planning to upgrade my rig but I'm doubtful that my 500w psu can sustain it
I play games like, assassins creed, witcher, GTA, LoL, I never plan to overclock as I have no idea on that matter.
And my profession entails me to do architectural renderings in 3ds max for 5hours or more non stop, and I also do animation renderings in lumion, if that would be of meaning to you guys

Here are my specs (indicated are also the upgrades)

Intel core i7 4790
Msi b85 g43 gaming - (upgrade to asrock z97 pro4)
Kingston fury 8gb ddr3 - (upgrade to 2 - 8gb avexir core series ddr3)
Zotac gtx 960 gddr5 amp edition
Silverstone 500w 80plus atx power supply (SST-ST50F-ES)
Plextor SSD 128gb
WD 1tb black HDD
Prolink wifi dangle
Prolink ups 650v capacity
Standard dvd
Thermaltake challenger keyboard
Roccat pyra mouse
(Additional NZXT kraken x61 liquid cooling)

So what do you think guys can my 500w psu sustain my upgrades? Thanks in advance!

Some questions/doubts about your upgrade plans:
You're planning to buy a Z97 board and an AIO cooler arguably for overclocking? However if your CPU is an i7-4790, and not an i7-4790k, you won't be able to overclock. The i7-4790 can only run at stock speed (locked multiplier) whilst the 4790k can be overclocked (unlocked multiplier). So a nice H97 board or Z97 board for other features (Like RAM overclocking up to 2400) would be a good idea. However the liquid cooler is totally not necessary and very very overkill to be used in system where it can't serve It's best purpose.
