Solution
Then they definitely are not compatible. You need a kit like the G.Skill F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT. There are other compatible kits, but finding them isn't easy because manufacturing modules with 16 chips is more expensive and not required by socket 1155 and newer motherboards.

You could also try to find an older kit manufactured in 2011 when high density modules weren't yet used; that's what I did when a new F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL kit didn't work; the same kit manufactured in 2011 works fine.

Try resetting the BIOS and try it again.

Did you install the DDR3 dimms and then reset the BIOS?

Do they have 8 or 16 ICs? If they are newer modules with 8 ICs, then they are not compatible and they should not be on the motherboard's compatibility list.

hey i saw here ( http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/ASRock/ASRock_G41C-GS/1212/Compatible_RAM ) that my ram ( xms3 ddr 1333mhz 2x4GBs cmx8gx3m2a1333c9 ) should be working with my motherboard , also i saw somewhere else i dont have the link (forgot it ) it will work if overclocked mode is on and and know that "overclocked mode" means, just OC the pc? or something spesific

You need to understand that manufacturers have switched from 16 low-density chips to 8 high-density chips, but the part number often has not been changed. Since you need an example, check the packaging (from 2011) of this G.Skill kit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314&cm_re=F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL-_-20-231-314-_-Product The packaging has changed (it no longer mentions LGA1156 and LGA1155 compatibility), but the modules look exactly the same, but they no longer are compatible because they now use high-density chips. Guess how I know about it.

About your link, did you realize they include an 8 GB G.Skill module on their compatibility list? The chipset supports maximum 4 GB low-density modules only. Check the compatible Dell modules; it's funny (ECC and 8 GB FBDIMM modules). That site obviously is useless.
