Help in building a gaming pc with a GTX GeForce 980 Ti

I need help with a pc build that includes a GTX GeForce 980 Ti. i would like to use max settings in-game with at least 50-60 fps. I mainly will play Arma 3 and Dayz SA and some ARK;SURVIVAL EVOLVED. I am playing with a 960 now and i can run Arma on max settings and get 40-50 fps but have a hard time running Dayz. My current CPU is an AMD-6300. I need an upgrade!
